   Thanks for your ‘Hide Icons’ app. The system just asked me, however, whether the app can record my screen and audio – can you please tell me a little about that?

     Ian-

     Hide Icons should NOT ask for that permission. It follows Apple’s own code to retrieve the Desktop background. Please immediately delete that version of Hide Icons and download a new one.
